By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase products from Pepreva.
1. Research Use Only
All research compounds offered by Pepreva are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).
Products are intended solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research purposes.
They are not intended for:
Human consumption or administration
Veterinary or animal use
Medical or diagnostic use
Therapeutic use
Treatment or prevention of any disease or health condition
Use as food, supplements, cosmetics, or consumer products
Purchasing a product from Pepreva does not authorize its use for any purpose inconsistent with its Research Use Only designation.
2. No Human or Veterinary Use
Products sold by Pepreva must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or otherwise administered to humans or animals.
Pepreva does not sell or represent its research compounds for use in diagnosing, treating, mitigating, curing, or preventing disease, or for modifying bodily functions in humans or animals.
Any use outside the stated Research Use Only purpose is prohibited and constitutes misuse of the product.
3. Purchaser Eligibility and Representations
By purchasing from Pepreva, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.
You understand that the products are intended exclusively for research purposes.
You have sufficient knowledge, training, facilities, or professional supervision necessary to safely handle the materials being purchased.
You will use appropriate laboratory procedures, equipment, storage, and protective measures.
You will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
You are not purchasing products on behalf of another person for a prohibited use.
You will not use, resell, distribute, or provide the products for human or veterinary administration.
Pepreva reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reason to believe a product may be purchased for an improper or prohibited purpose.
4. No Medical Advice or Health Guidance
Information provided on Pepreva.ca is intended for research, technical, and educational reference purposes only.
Pepreva does not provide:
Medical advice
Medical consultations
Treatment recommendations
Dosage or administration instructions
Reconstitution instructions intended for human or veterinary administration
Health recommendations
Diagnosis or therapeutic guidance
Nothing appearing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice or as a recommendation to use any product in or on humans or animals.

5. Product Testing and Documentation
Pepreva uses independent third-party laboratory testing as part of its quality-control and documentation standards.
Where applicable, product documentation may include testing relating to attributes such as identity, purity, quantity, sterility-related parameters, contaminants, or other analytical characteristics.
Certificates of Analysis and related laboratory documentation may be made available through Pepreva.ca.
Third-party laboratory results:
Apply to the sample and batch identified in the applicable report.
Reflect testing performed at the time of analysis.
Are provided for research and documentation purposes.
Do not constitute certification of suitability for human or veterinary use.
Natural analytical tolerances, measurement uncertainty, and reasonable batch-to-batch variations may occur.
6. Research Materials Disclaimer
Research compounds may be experimental substances for which safety, toxicology, pharmacology, or other characteristics have not been fully established.
Products should therefore be handled only by individuals with appropriate knowledge and facilities for research materials.
The purchaser is solely responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for their intended lawful research application.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for proper:

Storage
Laboratory procedures
Protective equipment
Containment
Transportation following delivery
Disposal
Compliance with applicable workplace and laboratory safety requirements
Product-specific storage information provided by Pepreva should be followed where applicable.
Pepreva is not responsible for product degradation, contamination, damage, or altered analytical characteristics resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.
8. Prohibited Uses
Pepreva products must not be used for:
Human consumption or administration
Veterinary or animal administration
Compounding or preparation for human or veterinary use
Food or beverage production
Dietary or nutritional supplement production
Cosmetic production intended for application to humans
Diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease
Any unlawful purpose
Pepreva may suspend purchasing privileges, cancel orders, or refuse future service where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.
9. Order Review and Compliance
Pepreva reserves the right to review orders for fraud, compliance, misuse, or other legitimate business concerns.
An order may be held, declined, or cancelled where circumstances include:
Suspicious purchasing activity
Fraud indicators
Inconsistent customer or payment information
Indications of prohibited product use
Attempts to circumvent purchasing restrictions
Violation of these Terms
Pricing, inventory, or website errors
If Pepreva cancels a paid order before shipment, amounts paid for the cancelled products will be refunded unless otherwise permitted by law.
10. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
Pepreva may:
Limit purchase quantities
Discontinue products
Correct inventory errors
Cancel unavailable items
Restrict sales of particular products
Where a paid product becomes unavailable before shipment, Pepreva may provide a refund, credit, or an alternative agreed upon with the purchaser.
11. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on Pepreva.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed where required.
Pepreva reserves the right to correct typographical, technical, pricing, or promotional errors.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, Pepreva may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.
Orders may also be subject to payment verification and fraud screening.
12. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside Pepreva's reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, remote-area delivery, and other logistical circumstances.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided where available.
If a shipment appears lost or damaged, the customer should contact Pepreva so that the matter can be investigated with the carrier.
Confirmed lost shipments, damaged shipments, and shipping errors will be handled in accordance with Pepreva's Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
13. Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of the research materials sold by Pepreva and the need to maintain product integrity, traceability, storage controls, and contamination prevention, all sales are final.
Pepreva does not accept returns or exchanges, including returns of unopened products.
Exceptions may be made for qualifying order problems such as:

Items damaged during shipment
Missing items
Confirmed lost shipments
Other circumstances where a remedy is required by applicable law

14. Research Outcomes
Pepreva makes no representation or guarantee concerning the outcome of any experiment, analytical procedure, research project, or other application involving its products.
Research results can be affected by numerous factors outside Pepreva's control, including:

Researcher technique
Experimental design
A research outcome that differs from a purchaser's expectation does not, by itself, establish that a product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
15. Website Information
Pepreva makes reasonable efforts to keep product information, descriptions, images, pricing, testing documentation, and other website content accurate and current.
However, occasional typographical, technical, administrative, or other errors may occur.
Pepreva may correct or update website information at any time.

19. Fraud, Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, customers are encouraged to contact Pepreva so the matter can be investigated.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Pepreva may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor, bank, or financial institution handling the dispute, including:

Records showing acceptance of applicable checkout terms
