Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day. Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable at room temperature, so no cold-chain shipping is required.

Free shipping is available across Canada on qualifying order sizes — see the banner at the top of the site for the current threshold.

Every order includes shipment protection. If your order arrives damaged, contact support with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Because these are laboratory research materials, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and account: name, email, shipping/billing address, and order history. We don't sell customer data to third parties.

Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
